Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers (or 6 hibiscus tea bags)
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup honey or sugar
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
  • Orange and lemon slices, ice

Steps

  1. 1Steep the hibiscus in boiling water for 10 minutes, then strain.
  2. 2Stir in the honey while the tea is still warm until dissolved.
  3. 3Add the orange and lemon juice and chill completely.
  4. 4Just before serving, top with sparkling water and pour over ice with citrus slices.
