Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan, plus more to serve
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • Fresh basil, torn

Steps

  1. 1Mix turkey, panko, parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Roll into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. 2Warm olive oil in a wide skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides, 5–6 minutes.
  3. 3Pour in marinara, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
  4. 4Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.
  5. 5Serve meatballs and sauce over spaghetti. Top with parmesan and basil.
